Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the instrument or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, tags, and protective materials.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
