Every instrument at Black Mountain Guitar Co undergoes a multi-point inspection and professional setup by our in-house luthiers to ensure optimal playability right out of the box.
What is your shipping policy for high-value instruments?
We use specialized, climate-controlled packaging and provide full insurance on all shipments. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via premium couriers with signature required.
Do you offer a warranty on pre-owned gear?
Yes, all pre-owned and vintage equipment comes with a 90-day mechanical warranty in addition to a detailed condition report provided at the time of purchase.
What is your return window?
We offer a 14-day 'no-questions-asked' return policy for all standard stock items. The instrument must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Can I request a specific string gauge for my setup?
